Amsted Rail is the combination of three major railway supply manufacturers – ASF-Keystone, Brenco, and Griffin Wheel – as well as other companies, including Transolutions.

In 2008, Amsted Rail  integrated these three major divisions into one company under the name Amsted Rail.  This effort is aimed at streamlining sales and customer service by offering the customer with the convenience and efficiency of a single interface.
